Clare lived in Quincy, Hanover, and Dorchester before moving to Milton. After graduating from Archbishop Williams High School she attended Northeastern University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

Clare has worked for Keating Brokerage since it began in 2010. She is a salesperson and the controller for the company. A licensed real estate agent and certified public accountant, she is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Clare is a Milton Town meeting member. She lives in Milton with her husband Kevin and their two sons.
